Joshua Pei is a Taiwanese American filmmaker, writer, and creative currently based in Brooklyn NY. His work focuses on documentary, commercial, and narrative pieces that work to advance underserved communities and highlight minority experiences, particularly those within the AAPI community. Most recently, he finished principal photography in Pakistan for feature documentary Lighter Than Air, covering the extreme sports world of high altitude paragliding in South Asia and its impacts on the outdoor and indigenous communities.
